We welcome casual and part-time compassionate Personal Care Workers (PCWs) with a positive attitude to join our team at our rural Homestead Estate Home located in Wallington, Geelong .
Situated in Wallington on the Bellarine Peninsula , Homestead Estate is set in an idyllic rural location with views to the surrounding countryside.
With 190 beds , Homestead Estate has recently completed an extensive renovation to introduce a unique range of services and facilities.
Hours of work
Various shifts available AM, PM, NDWhat you’ll love to do
Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents Provide the best person-centred care Work collaboratively with members of the care team Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders Accurately report any issues and concernsWhat you’ll need
Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 2024 influenza vaccination NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) Eligibility to work in AustraliaWhat we offer
