We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexibleindividuals to join our Bethanie Community South Metro team as a part- time Qualified Support Worker supportingareas within the South West (Bunbury)region .
Whilst you use your own car we offer a travel allowanceof $0.92 per kilometre.
To be considered for this role you will be available towork:
Permanent part time (minimum 15- 20 hours per week guaranteed) Working shifts between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm across Monday to Friday. There can be flexibility with the your available days.About the role:
Professionally deliver a variety of services (including: food, laundry, personal care, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests & domestic cleaning) Ensure all living areas of clients’ homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately Provide respect and compassion to clients Support customer with transport to appointments Provide social support to customers spending time doing the things they loveAbout you:
A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Care environment desired – if you haven’t worked in the industry tell us about your passion for older people Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one Willing to obtain required vaccinations – 3x covid and annual flu vaccinationWorking with Bethanie
