About The Opportunity

As a result of our continued growth and success we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to join our dynamic team situated at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill.

The primary focus of this role will be to deliver a supply plan that supports the demand plan within the inventory policy guidelines of the TTI business aligned with our company values and ensuring world class best practice.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Lead your day to day will include:

Execute the supply planning process within the Inventory policy guidelines Collaborate with suppliers and review supplier performance Deliver communications and update team on supply health status Provide supply input into S&OE and S&OP Execute the S&OP Supply process for the PRO business Responsible for purchasing forecast communications to suppliers Identify the supply risks and opportunities to the plan Provide feedback on changes to the Inventory policy to ensure it is fit for purpose Participate in the portfolio management process from minimum order quantity, safety stock and lead time perspective, providing key outputs for decision making Contribute to continuous improvement plans to improve the supply and overall supply chain process

About YOU

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in a similar Supply Planning role within a fast paced industry and the following skills/attributes:

3 years plus of Supply planning experience  Demonstrated experience in working and successfully collaborating with complex global vendor networks Demonstrated delivery of process improvement business outcomes Strong ability to influence and communicate Sound project management skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholder groups Strong time management skills and ability to multitask Supply chain planning discipline experience is an advantage Intermediate skills in MS Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS planner) 2 Years experience in SAP preferred
