Sales & Service Receptionist - Nissan

As our new Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for ou r Sales and Service teams. Positioned at the front desk of our LDV, MG & Nissan dealerships in Campbelltown, you'll be the welcoming face to visitors, all while seamlessly multitasking in a bustling environment. Your exceptional multitasking abilities will ensure you maintain a warm and engaging demeanor while delivering top-notch administrative support to our teams
To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls Greeting guests and guiding them accordingly Assisting potential clients with inquiries Booking vehicles for service and recalls using ERA and Excel Performing general administration support tasks Delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk, welcoming customers warmly and aiding with all enquiries Handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance via phone and email Completing front office and administration duties as per standard operating procedures.What you need to succeed in the role:
Ability to work full-time. Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to handle enquiries professionally. Intermediate computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing demands, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
