The Opportunity

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness to all areas of Ramsay Clinic New Farm as directed. This will involve:

  • Ensuring all equipment is cleaned, restocked and stored in the appropriate storage areas
  • Work in a friendly and supportive manner
  • Maintain communication networks with nursing staff to ensure quality clinical outcomes are achieved.

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a good work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity, respect for others and a commitment to professional practice.

In addition, you will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years in a cleaning/housekeeping role
  • Experience in a healthcare/hospital setting will be highly regarded
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team structure and independently as required
  • Act in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers and staff.

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $24.54 - $27.30 + superannuation, based on experience and qualifications, exclusive of allowances and penalties.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
