The Role

Reporting to our Assistant Managers, as Floor Manager your role will be to lead & supervise our large team of food & drink runners through our high volume services.

Your day to day will involve communicating & directing the team during service, answering customer enquiries, cash handling, complaint resolution, hosting, liaising with the kitchen and ensuring a smooth service. 

Experience working as a Floor Manager in high volume or fast paced restaurants will be essential in hitting the ground running. This is a fantastic role for Supervisors or Floor Managers who lead from the front and love being on the floor and assisting the team.
