What does the job look like?

The Corporate Payroll Team Leader provides support to the Senior Manager Payroll Services and work closely with other Team Leaders in Group Finance and HR teams. Leading a team of up to (4) staff, this role ensures the accurate and timely processing of the Salaried/Exec Payroll and other areas including:

Processing payroll related 3rd Party paymentsReconciliation of employee deductionsPrepare and distribute weekly payroll costing reports to Business UnitsPrepare and distribute Payroll leave reportingOther payroll duties as required

You will have a track record of leading people and working together to meet deadlines in a payroll function. You can demonstrate:

Relevant tertiary qualification in an Accounting or a related fieldExtensive experience in a payroll function in medium to larger organisationsExperience in SAP payroll and processesStrong reconciliation skillsCustomer service orientatedExcellent verbal and written communication
