We welcome a progressive Human Resources Coordinator to join our high-performing team based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake.

To be a success and thrive in this role, your attention to detail and autonomy is key to achieving high-delivery results.

As the Human Resources Coordinator , you will be highly organised and can prioritise tasks, maintain and deliver accurate, high-volume administration in a timely way.

Ideally, you will become a generalist working across all aspects of human resources and activities in the employee lifecycle to deliver high-volume results.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and triage a centralised mailbox Provide first contact support for employees and managers Manage and issue high-volume of contracts and variations Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Work closely with Employee Relations Manager, Senior HR Business Partners and Payroll Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed Collaborate with all areas of the business on HR related matters
