The Opportunity

$27.17 + super & weekend loading
Wed, Fri & Sat - 19.5 hrs per week

We have an incredible part-time opportunity to join our Slacks Creek showroom team. You will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to your customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.

Your Role

  • Provide an incredible customer experience throughout the sales experience
  • Create customer quotes and follow up after the visit
  • Keep product knowledge up to date through training and resources
  • Update ticketing and VM in line with planograms
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers and provide recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and managers
  • Offer support in Trade spaces as required 
  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
  • Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures
