We are currently looking for a Training Business Partner to join the business in the Work Health and Safety team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development, implementation and delivery of training and assessment for Perth Airport employees.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and company standards through effective program delivery and compliance monitoring
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, keeping our training programs innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Safety & Training function to create and promote a vibrant, positive safety culture across the airport.
  • Provide expert advice and hands-on support to internal teams the go-to for training expertise.
  • Track training success and implement exciting improvements to boost engagement and performance.
