We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Property Manager to join our collaborative team based in Myrtleford, VIC.

About the Opportunity:

Provide the highest level of service to your clients and champion the successful management and growth of your property portfolio. Drive new and manage existing leased properties including ingoing inspections and vacates, dealing with repairs and maintenance, routine inspections using the latest iPad technology, tenant liaison, landlord management and stringent arrears management systems. Look for ways to increase efficiencies and exceed customer expectations, having full autonomy over your portfolio.

About You:

Demonstrate previous property management experience or have strong sales or customer service skills ideally gained within the real estate sector. Should you not have real estate industry experience, you will have performed roles in the past that require compliance with legislation, the ability to build and maintain client relationships plus the ability to work independently with a high attention to detail. Your excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet and exposure to various other software, together with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, will secure you this rewarding role. You will possess a current driver’s license.
