UGL is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker with Rope Access qualifications to join our offshore site-based team on an ongoing basis.
The role will commence on 22nd November, following a 2/2 roster, and is ideal for candidates with current offshore tickets and extensive experience on an FPSO.
About the role
- 12 hour days
- Penalty rates and site uplift
- Ongoing work on an even time roster
About you; ideally you will have
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication (Sheet Metal Working)
- A current IRATA log book
- A current MSIC and BOSIET
- Working at Heights and Confined Spaces certifications (within the last 2 years with a 6-month validity)
- Ability to pass VOC assessments
- Proficiency in installing various fittings, such as elbows, tees, laterals, reducers, square-to-round fittings, domes, and valve/flange boxes
- Demonstrated experience in safely handling fabrication machinery
- A high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt in a challenging environment
