The role
Deliver business partnering and financial insights to the Technology & Operations (T&O) BAU function, while directly supporting the T&O Leadership Team to deliver their financial commitments.
In addition, you will provide high quality, meaningful and timely cost information and analysis to the Finance and T&O leadership teams.
What you’ll do
Ensure timely and accurate close of monthly results in required function and processesEnsure development of regular expense forecasts, and budgets during budget build periodsDeliver management information including insightful commentary on operating expenses, capital expenditure and FTEs in an efficient and effective mannerProvide proactive financial advice to the Technology & Operations teams to facilitate informed decisionsPerform analytical reviews of contract renewals and project financials where requiredProactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency of BAU activities in order to unlock further capacity during peak periodsBe an active member of the Finance & Advice Community, contributing to the attainment of the team’s objectives and plansWhat you’ll bring
Experience in management reporting, including budgets and forecasts of expenses and/or FTE, along with appropriate exposure to expense drivers, within a large commercial companyGraduate qualification in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance related fieldPost Graduate qualification in Accounting such as CPA, ICA3+ year’s experience within a Financial Services organisationExperience is Finance GL and Planning/Forecasting tools/systemsWhat we can offer you
