What we’re looking for

We are seeking the expertise of talented, experienced, qualified Trainers and Assessors to be part of our growth as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  
You will be responsible for delivering multiple accredited courses through our new RTO, and you will also assist with the delivery of our existing, expanding non-accredited sales training courses for our growing client base across Australia.

While based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, we also welcome interstate applicants with the right experience, as the role involves delivering accredited and non-accredited courses across multiple sites throughout Australia to our major client.

Your new role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ideally, the delivery of all three of the following accredited qualifications, however we will consider applicants who have experience in any of these:
    • o SIR30316 Certificate III in Business to Business Sales.
    • o BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
    • o TLI20421 Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Delivery of non-accredited sales training.
  • Supporting learners in achieving their learning goals using our comprehensive assessment tools and learning resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and assessments.
  • Participating in continuous improvement of learning materials, assessment tools and training and assessment strategies.

Our highly experienced and growing team provide a range of services including HR advice and support, training, and recruitment and selection. To support our continuous expansion in the learning and development space, we have established a new business entity: People 3 Learning to deliver accredited training as an RTO in Leadership and Management, Business to Business Sales and Supply Chain Operations, and we have also expanded our existing non-accredited training courses, particularly in the area of business to business sales.

Our fresh, open, and plant-filled office is situated in the Lifestyle Working building, which features a pool, café, and direct access to Warringah Mall in the heart of the Northern Beaches.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • One of the following qualifications:
    • o TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
    • o TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
      • TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
      • TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
    • A diploma or higher level qualification in adult education.
    • Proven experience as a Trainer and Assessor in vocational education.
    • Workplace currency in a sales environment.
    • Qualification SIR30316 Certificate III in Business to Business Sales and/or BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management and/or TLI20421 Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations; or willing to attain.
    • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
    • Professional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
    • Willingness and ability to travel interstate frequently.
