Lead group is seeking skilled individuals to become part of our . As a Boilermaker/Welder, you'll play a vital role in our production process, working on a range of projects that demand precision and expertise in metalwork. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be involved in a variety of stimulating projects, contributing your expertise to the fabrication and welding of essential components for industrial use.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise execution of tasks.
  • Utilize a variety of fabrication tools and equipment to effectively assemble metal components.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MIG welding techniques across various metals.
  • Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a trade certification in welding or fabrication.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in welding or fabrication.
  • Familiarity with large machinery and equipment is advantageous.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to safely lift heavy objects.
