 Anglicare’s Home and Community service offers a range of supports and assistance to enable our older population to live their best lives in their own homes. 

About the role
 We currently haveService Support Worker positions available to service clients .  Our workers provide invaluable support by providing cleaning support to our clients in their homes

Work available in the following suburbs:
Inner West: Chelmer, Corinda and Graceville
Inner South: Darra, Jamboree Heights, Middle Park, Dutton Park, Fairfield, Highgate Hill, Cannon Hill, Carina, Carina Heights, Carindale and South Brisbane
Eastern Suburbs: Balmoral, Bulimba, Hawthorne, Morningside, Norman Park, Buranda, Camp Hill, Coorparoo, East Brisbane, Greenslopes, Kangaroo Point, Stones Corner, Annerley, Murarrie, Holland Park, Holland Park West and Wishart.
South Central:  Cooper Plains, Moorooka, Nathan, Robertson, Acacia Ridge, Archerfield, Eight Mile Plains, Macgregor, Runcorn, Mackenzie, Mansfield, Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt East and Upper Mount Gravatt.

About You
 We are looking for applicants that have:

Experience in cleaning  Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipment Able to follow domestic care plans Clear communicator who can maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families Demonstrated ability to be able to work independently and effectively with the elderly Physically fit, reliable, enthusiastic and friendly A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not required The following will be required of successful applicants:
Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle A current National Police Certificate Tetanus and Hepatitis B shots (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Anglicare?
