Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join the CW business based on site at Marngoneet Correctional Centre located in Lara. The purpose of this role is to undertake performance of assigned planned maintenance works, reactive works, proactive works and project works.
What You Will Be Doing
Urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client’s premises and equipment as directed by the company
Working autonomously and run your own works that are completed on time.
Working in a team environment for large or small project works.
Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of tasks.
Liaise closely with key stakeholders and C&W office staff to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.
Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you
General ad hoc duties as requested by Trade Supervisor, Management, and Facility Coordinators
100% of all work reports submitted within 1 business day from completion
About You
You will be a self-motivated individual that can work in a team environment and autonomously with an ability to maintain tools and equipment (including safety equipment), plant items and hired plant items.
You will also have an excellent eye for detail to ensure that technical procedures and inspection and test plans are performed safely and in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements
You Will Also Have
Relevant Trade Qualification / minimum 4 years’ experience – Licenced Plumber.
Experience in fault finding and diagnosis
Construction Card
Australian Police Clearance Check
Valid Manual Driver’s Licence
OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.
Experience in Building Services Maintenance
