We are looking for a reliable construction laborers to join a dedicated and efficient team at one of the Gold Coast's most reputable civil construction companies - a niche in their field who are based on the Northern Gold Coast.

The Role;

These role will consist of local work (Gold Coast and Brisbane), night works and possibly some away work. It would not be uncommon to work 10hrs a day and half day on Saturdays (as required), how ever if working away - you will be home every weekend  

Benefits:

Any away work, your transported to the various site in company vehicles, all your accommodation is paid for and meal allowances are paid for each day your away from home.

Within these role you will be:

  • Assisting with concrete remediation repairs
  • Expansion joint repairs
  • Bridge/walk way repairs
  • Using hand and power tools including jack hammers
  • Working from a boat on occasions (job dependant)
  • Applying silicone/waterproofing materials
  • Physical manual labouring - lifting and carrying materials
  • Operating various pieces of equipment

We are seeking a number of enthusiastic workers who are available for an immediate start, ideally with:

  • Prior civil labouring experience
  • Experience working with expansion joins
  • Full time working rights within Australia
  • Previous bridge construction experience would be highly advantageous
  • Previous general construction labouring experience
  • Must have own reliable transport and PPE
  • Must have a construction white card 
  • High risk EWP, working at height or confined space tickets and a boat licence are all advantageous
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn/upskill
  • Must be available Monday - Saturdays
