What you can expect in a day in this role: 

We're looking for multiple Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team on a casual basis to support our team over the busiest months of the year. Our main goal is to make sure guests have a great time, and one big part of that is keeping their rooms clean and comfy. During each shift, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Servicing rooms and cleaning accommodation areas
  • Ensuring linen and general room supplies are available for guests
  • Maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards, safe work practices and chemical handling.
  • Working to tight timeframes between check out and check in across our busiest period

  An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.

What will you bring to the team?

  • A passion for behind the scenes guest service with an excellent attention to detail
  • Fun professional attitude and able to work to tight time frames
  • Bring a good level of fitness, we service each level of Tasmania’s tallest tower after all, with 274 rooms across the property
  • Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and public holiday as well as flexibility to take on shifts last minute.
