We are a Queensland-based, leading specialist provider of Personnel Services and Industry Training to a wide range of industry sectors and we service some of the biggest businesses in Australia whilst equally partnering with other small to medium employers. We are currently recruiting for multiple Oil and Gas Drilling campaigns across Australia. We are inviting applications from experienced offshore drilling crews, seeking to progress or expand their careers and skills within the onshore drilling sector.
  
Immediately Available Positions

We have a huge demand for qualified Motorhands in the Onshore Oil & Gas industry right now. We have ongoing with view to permanent opportunities as well as ad hoc/short term opportunities across multiple clients.

Harness Energy also offer RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) programs to candidates who have the relevant experience but not yet acquired the certifications required for Queensland laws and most Oil & Gas company policies.

If you have offshore experience or you have worked for over a year on an Oil & Gas Drilling/Workover rig but just don’t yet have the qualifications, we may be able to help secure an RPL opportunity for you
  
Key Requirements / Skills:

  • Experience in applied position
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Prior FIFO or DIDO experience
  • Safety-oriented and environmentally aware
  • Great team player
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Must have a Certificate II in Drilling/Well Servicing Oil & Gas

RPL Pathways – Through our established RPL program, we will support you in converting your valuable experience gained over the years in offshore drilling into key Onshore Oil and Gas Drilling and well-servicing qualifications.

Even Time Rosters – enjoy your well-earned rest for the exact length of time you’ve been at work for With Harness, you will work to Family friendly even time rosters of 2/2 or 3/3 rotations with our esteemed Tier-1 Drilling clients.

Exposure to Diverse Drilling Rigs – our clients run exciting short- and long-term drilling campaigns using a combination of modern, automated and conventional drilling rigs thus providing a rich diversity of drilling campaigns for the workforce.

Work alongside top shots in the industry – you will work alongside and rub minds with experienced and established drilling crews who have proven /demonstrated skills within the industry over multiple years.
