Working within a collaborative team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of student related processes.

As a key advisor, you'll operate behind the scenes, diligently navigating established University policies and procedures. Your focus will be on resolving customer issues and ensuring the smooth progression of students through their academic paths. In this role you can expect a diverse range of tasks, from processing fees to managing student enrolment. This role is process-oriented and primarily back-office, demanding multitasking abilities, unwavering attention to detail, and the capability to meet stringent deadlines.
