ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Brand Sales Lead to become a key part of our team. As a pivotal member, you'll lead your department, forging strong connections with our wholesale partners to drive sales within the Wholesale Channel. Your role will involve bridging the gap between our brand and partners, ensuring that our product offerings are both enticing and in line with our company's overarching goals.
You'll be at the forefront of managing partner orders, seamlessly navigating our internal and external processes and coordinating with the fulfillment team for efficient handovers. Additionally, you'll keep a close eye on partner trade activities, overseeing the available-to-sell (ATS) process to optimise our inventory management. Your responsibilities will also extend to managing partner samples and fulfilling image requirements to uphold our brand's integrity and strengthen partner relationships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•   Demonstrated experience working in a similar Wholesale / Brand Sales Lead role
•   Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights that will inform decision making
•   Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment
•   Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders
•   Proven creative skill, with the ability to problem solve within a Visual Merchandising and Retail capacity 
•   Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams and key stakeholders
•   Proven planning, organisational and time management skills to adhere to timelines
