The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Auto Electrician to join the team at Techright Eagle Farm

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, repairing wiring on accident-related vehicles, air conditioning servicing and ADAS Calibrations (training will be provided for this) and maintenance of electrical systems for passenger vehicles.

We know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business. 

Role responsibilities

  • General auto Electrical work on passenger vehicles.
  • Workshop and field service work when required
  • Air conditioning repairs and service
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting workshop vehicles
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in the electrical systems of passenger vehicles.
  • Installing and configuring electrical components, such as batteries, alternators, and starter motors
  • Troubleshooting and repairing faults in vehicle lighting systems, including headlights, indicators, and brake lights
  • Installing and repairing communication and entertainment systems, such as radios and GPS systems
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Maintaining accurate records of work carried out and parts used
