We are looking for an energetic, passionate and dedicated therapist to take on the role of our FIRST Psychologist/Behavioural Therapist in both clinic and mobile settings. We are primarily based in Chester Hill, but our mobile range of locations includes Western Sydney, Canterbury-Bankstown and the Hills District areas.

    Role Description

    We are seeking a Psychologist/Behavioural Therapist to join our team. We have different roles available, including subcontractor, part-time and full-time roles. This is a hybrid role with some flexibility for remote work. As a Psychologist/Behavioural Therapist, you will provide evidence-based therapy to clients with varying needs, including developmental disabilities, mental health, and challenging behaviours. You will also develop individualized behaviour support plans, oversee implementation of the behaviour support plans, and work collaboratively with young clients, families, and other professionals.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Bachelor or higher degree in Psychology, or a related field
    • Registration with AHPRA
    • Driver’s licence
    • Experience working with clients with autism, developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or challenging behaviours
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with clients, caregivers, and other professionals
