About the role

This is a full-time permanent position, based in Brisbane. Reporting to GM Sales QLD/NSW you will lead and engage the sales team to execute the sales strategy and goals to grow market share with Cemintel, Hebel and AFS predominantly within the Brisbane metro.

  • Lead and engage the Residential and Reseller sales team to execute the sales strategy and goals to grow market share in Cemintel, Hebel and AFS.
  • Grow share of customers and projects, building channel loyalty not just product sales.
  • Grow the residential and reseller segments and ensure sufficient contractors are available to complete the specified workload.
  • Grow residential and reseller sales project pipeline with builders and developers to ensure specification transforms to a customer order. 
  • Ensure the effective handover of specified projects and complete the conversion to the sale.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in gaining market and competitor insights.
  • Target suitable Construction Systems opportunities within the QLD residential sectors

 What you bring to the role

  • Industry: Previous experience in manufacturing or building products. Other industries will be considered.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience including a track record of successfully managing a sales team for at least 5 years whilst also building capability within a team
  • Capability: Be able to drive primary multi residential and reseller sales growth at a project and customer level and through established contacts.
  • Be able to influence at senior levels and negotiate commercial outcomes that secures demand growth.
  • Demonstrated management of channels to market, namely contractors Builder and resellers and ensure geographic installation and supply capability match demand.
  • Be results oriented and disciplined to comply with company policy and processes but exercise initiative to ensure targets are met.
  • Able to contribute to the wider business management team in terms of policy, strategy development and sales execution strategies and communicate effectively across the business.
