Civil Operator Roles
Positions Available: Haul Truck, Grader, Excavator, and Dozer Operators
We are looking for skilled operators with experience in Civils, Coal, or Hard Rock for multiple roles at Hail Creek Mine. completing civils infrastructure works on site.
Positions Available:
Haul Truck Operators (CAT 793D)
Pay Rate: $56.00 FR Day Shift + $62.00 FR for Night Shift
Grader Operators (CAT 16M)
Pay Rate: $60.00 FR Day Shift + $66.00 FR for Night Shift
Excavator Operators (200T+)
Pay Rate: $65.00 FR Day Shift + $71.00 FR for Night Shift
Dozer Operators (D10)
Pay Rate: $60.00 FR Day Shift + $66.00 FR for Night Shift
Benefits:
7/7 Roster DS/ NS Rotating
DIDO roles
BIBO available from Mackay
Camp & Meals Supplied
$3,000 Retention Bonus paid every 6 months (subject to no unexplained leave)
Super Paid on all hours
Opportunity to transition to a perm position with the client
Long-term ongoing roles
Salary Sacrifice Options available for self funded FIFO
Requirements:
Glencore Induction (AWX can assist with this)
CBM & S11 (or ability to obtain)
2-3 years' solid experience for Dozer Operators
Civils experience on larger machinery preferred.
Relevant RII or VOC for all roles
