The Role  
As an HR Officer, you'll be at the heart of the team driving HR initiatives and ensuring employees feel valued and supported. If you're passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you 

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead exciting HR initiatives that align with business goals 

• Coordinate innovative reward and recognition programs to keep our employees engaged 

• Support HR annual programs, including KPI Setting, Performance Management, and Succession Planning 

• Conduct thorough investigations and implement performance improvement plans  

• Provide invaluable coaching support to help managers make informed decisions 

• Develop and maintain up-to-date job requirements and/or job descriptions for all positions 

• Ensure HR information systems, manual and electronic, are created and maintained as the primary source of employee information 

• Support GM HR and other HR Managers to provide an integrated support network for the HR function and completing assigned “Group” tasks 

 
Key Skills/Competencies  

• Previous HR generalist experience with working knowledge of employee relations legislation.  

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management or similar field 

• Be a strong communicator with exceptional listening skills 

• Have strong data skills, with experience in Success Factors being a plus 

• Pay attention to detail and strive for accuracy 

• Thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with ease 

• Be approachable, enthusiastic, and a team player 

• Be flexible, adaptable, and capable of working on your own initiative
