About the Role:

We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Isuzu UTE team. As a vital team player, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our ongoing sales growth throughout the business.

 

You'll play a key role in driving sales growth, demonstrating strong attention to detail and adeptness in gathering information to identify opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities will include managing F&I sales and transactions, as well as fostering excellent relationships with customers and business partners.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Primarily you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets.
  • Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance Products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners, Pursuing profitable growth
  • Identify new opportunities – customer prospecting
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers
  • Provide the best customer experience possible.

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers realize their vehicle ownership and protection dreams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment.
  • Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.

This position would be suited to a candidate who is keen to join a progressive company, a high achiever, with fantastic customer service experience, and a great work ethic.
