Client & Location Information:

Located in the far eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this vibrant community is just an hour's drive from the CBD. This pharmacy is a cornerstone of the community, known for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.

Job Specification:

As a Dispensary Technician, you'll be working 5 days a week, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, alongside a dedicated pharmacist. Your primary responsibilities will include packing weekly Medicopaks for general patients and assisting the pharmacist with dispensing. The pharmacy uses the FRED computer system and handles a script trade of 200-250 scripts per day. The shop operates from 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 12pm on Sundays.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with the FRED computer system.

  • Experience in packing DAA (Dose Administration Aids) / Medicopaks.

  • Ability to manage a script trade of 200-250 scripts per day.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
