    Vector Health has been fortunate enough to be home to the Australian Rowing team for two training camps and several high-profile athletes and teams who we work with. We work with a number of schools in our region, helping with physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

    Some of our landmark programs are our First Steps (Post-Natal exercise program) and Stronger for Longer (Seniors Health program) and our Long-Term-Athletic-Development program. We also travel regionally to locations to provide specific Indigenous Health Outreach clinics and allied health support to rural towns in Central Queensland

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist at Vector Health & Performance in the Rockhampton Area. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing personalized care to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and tracking progress. Additionally, the Physiotherapist will collaborate with other health professionals to optimize client outcomes and contribute to the positive environment of the facility.

    We are looking for someone with experience, who wants to expand their clinical skills and to work with a great team of experienced people with a patient-centred model of care.

    Qualifications

    • Qualified Physiotherapist registered in Australia
    • Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
    • Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrated collaboration skills with other professions
    • Current registration and good standing with relevant professional bodies
    • Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous
