We are seeking a full time Retail Assistant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join Dulux Paint Spot in Sunshine, VIC store. This role will see you working 38 hours per week and your availability to work rostered Saturday mornings would be an advantage. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you. 

Responsibilities

Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained Cash handling / EFTPOS Accurately mix and tint paint

Skills and Experience

You’re confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times.

Retail Trade Sales experience would be preferred however we are willing to provide on the job training on paint products, application and hardware. Most importantly, you’ll:

Possess an interest in our products Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
