Your application will go to the top of our shortlist you have:

  • Have an understanding and passion for mechanics or the motor industry.
  • Mechanical aptitude – working knowledge of the operation of machinery, tools and equipment.
  • Have completed Year 11 or 12 education, preferably with a focus on mathematics and science.
  • Be committed to long-term training and career development.
  • Be able to follow directions and work as a valuable member of the team.
  • Good computer knowledge/skills.
  • Have sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and take pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
  • Embrace a workplace with a culture of zero harm.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical as well as ongoing drug & alcohol testing in the workplace.
  • A current “C” class driver’s licence (manual an advantage).
