The Role

This opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our procurement team is available due to an internal movement. You will be joining a transformational team, led by an innovative manager committed to driving significant contribution to innovation and profitability.

Your role will support data driven decision making and have a strong stakeholder management component. You will be involved in meetings with key clinical and commercial stakeholders and critical vendors. Together with these, you will help identify, validate and implement transformational improvement opportunities.

Using your curious nature, you will provide recommendations in accordance with the wider business strategy, being responsible for cutting edge analysis, procurement master data management & governance.

Key Responsibilities :

Assisting Category Managers, Procurement Specialists, and GM of Procurement in identifying, validating and implementing transformational improvement opportunities Drive the development and use of sophisticated and innovative analytical methods to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across the Pathology and Imaging business’s Undertake spend analytics on suppliers and categories to identify purchasing trends, usage and opportunity for cost savings Working with all stakeholders across all business units to ensure cost base is being improved in accordance with clinical requirements. Working with external stakeholders to implement our improvement initiatives, reduce our cost base, and improve processes (including process automation where feasible). Administer SAP SRM & MM master data and ensure changes are implemented on time and kept up to date Ensure regular data cleansing activities are undertaken to improve the quality of data available.
