Dennis Family Corporation are looking for a high performing and successful Sales Consultant for our Metro North/Metro West region. Reporting into the Sales Manager – Developments, this is a highly rewarding and challenging role operating from one of our beautifully presented land sales offices.

About you

You will have proven sales success and be self-motivated to further your career in this area. You will enjoy working in a team that shares our family values and bring a genuine and positive energy to your daily interactions. You will come with an exemplary sales track record and possess the following:

• Land development sales experience –minimum of 3 years’ experience and have an impeccable sales track record in a land sales role an advantage, but NOT essential.
• Agent’s Representative Course – Satisfactory completion within the last 5 years.
• Driven and self-motivated – A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities and working to targets.
• Relationship building – Established network of relationships with building sales representatives in the area.
• Business acumen – A positive attitude to professional development, strong work ethic and resilience.
• Skills – Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.
• Technology – Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
• Availability to work on weekends and have a full driver’s license as occasional travel is expected.
