Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a female only, aged care home that is widely recognised by local residents as the specialist dementia nursing home in the Inner Brisbane City.

Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking Casual qualified Assistant Nurses with experience within Aged Care, to work varied shifts (day, afternoon & nights) across the 7-day roster within our residential facility in the inner city suburb of Paddington. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist dementia care team working in this small female only, specialist dementia nursing home.

About You

  • Possess empathy & understanding of the needs of elderly residents
  • The ability to demonstrate a high standard of nursing care i.e personal cares, continence management & manual handling
  • Holds a minimum Certificate Level III in Aged Care or equivalent (requirement of role)
  • Experience in the provision of aged care & specifically people with dementia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Full availability across all days
  • Demonstrated written communication & articulates well-spoken English with residents
  • Demonstrated ability & willingness to maintain acceptable professional standards
  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability & care in personal appearance
  • A desire & commitment in support of fellow colleagues
  • Must be availabe for Monday - Friday
