About your new job

We have a number of positions available throughout Sydney - ranging from Penrith, Gladesville, Campbelltown and many more locations.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to –
•Counter sales of electrical products such as lighting and lamps, general wiring accessories, datacom cables and equipment, hardware tools plus much more
•Creating solid relationships with Clients and suppliers via phone or general walk ins
•Collecting products for walk ins, creating invoices and accepting payment
•Answering calls with the assistance of the wider team

About you
•Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service or sales position - retail would be a benefit
•Electrical industry or trade desk would be a benefit but not essential
•Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances
•Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
•Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience
•Have drive and determination to deliver the best outcome
