Purpose of the Position

As the Training Product Coordinator, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing training strategies that support the company's objectives. This role demands a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as you work closely with various stakeholders throughout the organisation.

The Opportunity

  • Issues Register Coordination: Ensure inbound queries from industry stakeholders are addressed professionally and effectively.
  • Project Management: Lead minor projects and develop project cases, implementing a framework for triaging and actioning industry intelligence.
  • Training Product Management: Oversee minor changes to training programs and products, from initiation to execution.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Provide detailed reports and actively participate in team and stakeholder meetings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the National Industry Engagement Team, Technical Committees, colleagues, subcontractors, and the public.
  • Industry Engagement: Arrange, facilitate, and support various industry engagement activities.

About You

  • Experienced VET Professional: You have substantial experience in the vocational education and training sector, with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
  • Hands-on Approach: You are willing and capable of executing day-to-day tasks in addition to strategic planning.
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable: You have a robust understanding of the Australian VET system and experience interpreting Training Package Requirements.
  • Organisational Skills: High level of administrative capability with a keen attention to detail, record-keeping, and data entry skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy, particularly in managing data and reports.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to form and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Diploma in vocational education and training or a business-related qualification is highly regarded.
