Company Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Reservations Agent who has experience in a similar role or on a hotel reception desk to join our team at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.

Job Description

  • Manage and process all reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the revenue lead to ensure that all rates and channels are optimised to maximise hotel performance
  • Work closely with hotel operational teams to ensure effective communication leading to seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
  • Utilise our reservation system to track bookings and update guest information as necessary.
  • Assist in upselling hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

About you:

  • Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability and passion to deliver exceptional guest service over the phone and face to face
  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills
