The Role If you are an experienced Customer Support Officer and wish to be considered for future casual administration work at Livingstone Shire Council, we welcome your expression of interest Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Council has established a pool of Casual Customer Support Officers who provide casual customer support assistance to Council in various locations when the need arise.

To be considered for a Casual Customer Support Officer position at Council, please submit a resume and covering letter (maximum of 2 pages in length) which addresses the three below points:

1. Experience as first point of contact from customers including:
   • Working in a busy call centre environment;
   • Delivery of face to face counter service; and / or
   • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
2. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience in accurately recording, receiving, receipting, processing, storing and retrieving any correspondence.
