Job Description
We are currently seeking a casual Maintenance Officer to join the team at AVANI Broadbeach residencies. Based out of our AVANI property, the role offers the opportunity to work across all of our Gold Coast Hotels in the Minor Group. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.
About the role:
- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have:
- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
