Senior Full-stack Engineer

Quantum Infrastructure Company

$160k + super + bonus

Quantum technology Sounds cool - but you need a PhD for that, right?

Not necessarily… If you’re building a quantum computer from scratch then a PhD helps, if you’re a full-stack developer building the software which means that the quantum technology is efficient then no.

What is important is being product focused, hyper communicative across a cross-functional team and understanding the reason behind what you’re building.

Most people would look at a quantum technology company and not even know they build software. Well this company does. They hire product engineers and they provide an opportunity for full-stack developers like you to work in a field which may seem out of reach to most developers.

If you’d like to be working for a company who have signed a partnership with one of the worlds leading tech companies to help power their quantum technology, this could be your opportunity.

They are scale-up with teams across the world and Sydney is where the majority of the software team write the code that makes the hardware work and the business run.

You’d be building across React and Node.js and diving into some of the Python code across other teams. It is full-stack and so you’d need to be as comfortable across frontend as the backend.
