Total Tools Coopers Plains is looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

The primary purpose of the Senior Sales Specialist position is to provide the highest level of customer service, sales and merchandising. This is to enable the store to exceed customer expectations and support meeting the overall store performance levels.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading and overseeing sales transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing expert advice and in-depth information on a wide range of products.
  • Addressing and resolving complex customer queries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Managing and optimizing store displays to maintain a professional and appealing environment.
  • Overseeing the processing and maintenance of customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
  • A collaborative team player who can also lead and inspire others.
  • Deep understanding and passion for tools, with hands-on experience.
  • Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a natural leader.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer relationships.
  • Proficient with technology, with strong computer literacy skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.
