Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but may include: 

  • Support our Change Managers in the development of change impact assessments, complete stakeholder analysis, facilitate business readiness and develop change related communications.
  • Play a key role in translating business and operation requirements into tangible outcomes for our clients.
  • Investigate, plan, implement and measure the progress and success of quality initiatives and projects.
  • Use project disciplines, methodologies and tools to align initiatives to client strategy and values.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to assess change impacts, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments. 
  • Assist in the development of training materials, facilitate workshops, and deliver engaging presentations to educate and inspire employees to embrace change. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to senior leaders and project teams throughout the change lifecycle. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed. 

Requirements

Whilst we are looking for applicants with 1-5 years' experience in Change Management, our search for great people means we look beyond just the technical skills.
