We are currently looking for a National Internal Warehousing Manager to join the team in Auckland. Based at our Glass site in Penrose, this role is full time permanent.
Reporting to the National Warehousing, Metro and Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for leading the safety, service, people, and performance transformation to a Best in Class (BIC) standard. The role requires strong leadership of people and culture, coupled with high technical skills across warehouse systems, processes and performance, driving cost reductions and improving customer service levels.
You will thrive delivering solutions under pressure while developing a high degree of trust and confidence from our internal customer base, and your commercial acumen, productivity and discipline around Operations and Customer Service development is crucial to this role.
Your extensive experience in leadership and continuous improvement, in addition to your Warehouse Operations expertise, and your ability to enable and drive significant growth targets, will set you up for success in this role.
