Specific Criteria

  • Demonstrates patience, compassion, creativity and initiative
  • Experience working 1:1 with students with diverse learning, behavioural and physical needs
  • Position available throughout 2024 - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs 8:45-10:45am 1:1
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with school leadership, learner diversity teacher, classroom teacher, other students and family.
  • Work closely with the classroom teacher while assisting student with individualised program.
  • Energetic and passionate person who is compassionate about helping children.
  • Work closely with the classroom teacher to assist in learning activities.
  • Have a fun nature and enjoy playing games with a Year 4 student.
  • A current Working with Children Check

Position on COVID-19 vaccinations

Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings, CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022. Staff who are not vaccinated will be required to wear masks when working with children at greater risk of serious illness owing to a medical condition and/or physical disability.
