About the role

Full time permanent position, based in North Ryde, NSW with flexible working arrangements. Reporting directly to the National Individual Giving Manager, this role includes:

  • Managing all data requests, segment and pull data lists for campaigns
  • Delivering CRM training to end users; developing and maintaining user guides and resources
  • Act as the contact point for user queries relating to CRM contact data, privacy/consent, reporting
  • Collaboratively work with colleagues to manage database records, conduct periodic data cleanse, data entry and update of donor records

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  1. 2-3 years' CRM experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365 or similar (desirable).
  3. Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms (Raiser Edge NXT desirable).
  4. Experience in identifying trends and patterns through analysing numerical, informational, and behavioural data to drive engagement and/or donations.
  5. Continually develops and applies specialist knowledge and technical skills and expertise to achieve outcomes.
  6. An understanding and experience with data integrity and system processes.
  7. Collaborates with others to remove barriers and break down silos and enable the collaborative delivery of client/customer focused outcomes.
  8. Tertiary qualification in marketing, fundraising, IT or similar would be highly regarded.
