The Position
The Sample Coordinator position involves the receipt, coordination, drawing and preparation of chemical and raw material samples from suppliers and our various warehouses for customer evaluation. Key duties involve:
Operating a forklift to pick products from racking Preparing product samples Packaging and completion of Air or Road transport declarations and organising transport To arrange, check, label and authorise packaging and transport documentation Maintaining sample inventory stock levels Ad hoc clerical QA duties Assisting in the Stores general cleaning, stocktake, control and disposal of reject stockAbout you
This role would suit a person who would like to mix clerical duties with a more hands on role. The successful applicant must possess:
An Australian Forklift Licence (LF) essential Drivers Licence to attend external 3PL sites Excellent attention to detail with a focus on servicing internal customers Good organisation and time management skills A good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications Able to work independently and in support of a larger Sales and Quality Assurance teamRewards & Benefits
