About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead our recruitment efforts in the Corporate and Transport arms of the Service Stream Business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with organisational heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and nurturing relationships will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our organisation. Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Source candidates using a variety of methods such as internal redeployments/ promotions, online advertising, networking, collaborating with our panel of external partners and referrals.

Work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates suitability, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from role briefs through to on boarding, including compliance and eligibility practices specific to each role.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and community organisations.

Provide guidance and support to junior members of the recruitment team.

Analyse recruitment trends to inform decision-making and improve processes.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation in the market as a desired place to work

Work closely with senior members of staff in the organisation to develop strong recruitment strategies for upcoming projects ensuring more of a proactive rather than reactive experience.

About you: 5+ years experience in talent acquisition/ recruitment with keen understanding of end-to-end recruitment process Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Organised approach to work with excellent prioritisation & time management skills High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment. Solutions and results focussed, with a dedicated approach to providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience. Experience with HCM, ATS or CRM system advantageous (Workday highly desirable but can be taught) Comfortable working both autonomously and part of a wider team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
