Our Opportunity
The UX/UI Designer role is key to ensuring the customer is at the centre of everything we do. This role will be an integral part of our growing team of designers in creating contemporary and government-leading digital customer experiences, whilst also aligning to modern best practice accessibility.
This role will work within our highly experienced Digital Experience team, who rapidly shape and deliver digital transformation for our customers. The UX/UI Designer will provide an active contribution to improving existing digital services as well as contributing to the delivery of projects and programs.
Position duties and responsibilities
Develop creative, inclusive, and implementable end-to-end prototypes that fit within the corporate style guide, from wireframing to hi-fidelity designs. Collaborate with other designers, user researchers, and developers as part of the design process. Participate in/coordinate/conduct user research projects and activities, from discovery research to usability testing. Work as part of a small dynamic team to deliver projects and programs that improve the experience for our customers. Undertake digital product scrum activities to deliver value rapidly and manage product delivery. Support the development and maintenance of our corporate design system. Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Looking for more information?
