The Opportunity  

We are seeking an Expressions of Interest for junior, intermediate and senior-level Engineers with project management experience to apply their skills to deliver solutions and support effective delivery and engagement with our water utility clients whilst growing their career with Beca and our Advisory team. These will be Melbourne-based roles.

Due to a healthy project pipeline, our highly dynamic team of project managers are on the lookout for more motivated professionals to join our team. In these roles you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented senior team. You will have a focus on Water projects and be exposed to a range of engineering and professional services disciplines over time.

Experience and/or interest in working on water-related and water infrastructure projects is essential. 

This role offers:

The opportunity to lead projects and deliver high quality work in direct communication with a reputable Melbourne based client. The chance to work across the entire project life cycle, which includes, but not limited to: initial business case development, project scoping and data gathering, functional requirements brief, stakeholder interface and management, schedule and progress, project management of the design Access to industry leading specialists in the Water market and other sectors such as Transport & Infrastructure. Dedicated mentoring from senior leaders in our team to help you achieve your career goals and develop professionally. What we'll like about you

We want to hear from you if you possess the following:

An understanding of project management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally. An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to engineering. A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability makes things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make Everyday Better”. A background in infrastructure Engineering or Project Management with exposure in the Water and/or Infrastructure markets.
